5.- Product availability
The products proposed by Odregsport.com are available in our stores.
We have made for you a selection of products from the best manufacturers with the best quality-price ratio.
If one of the articles shown on our site is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible so that we can propose an equivalent product. You would also have the possibility of cancelling the order and we would proceed to refund it. In the event that Odregsport, with your consent, replaces an article or a service with equivalent characteristics and price, the return costs following the exercise of rectification will be at our expense.
6.- Delivery methods
Orders received before 12 noon are processed the same day and shipped the next day.
The delivery time shown is based on the date of dispatch of the articles. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be added to the time shown.
Delivery times vary depending on the transport company selected. You have at your disposal on our website a service to track your order.
7.- Order controls on reception
On receipt of your order we strongly recommend that you check the general condition of your order.
Any package with damaged packaging must be opened before signing the delivery note to verify the condition of the items.
Two cases are possible :
1. The articles are in perfect condition and have not been damaged: in this case accept the package.
2. There are missing or damaged products: in this case, refuse delivery and detail the reasons on the carrier’s delivery note
If you nevertheless decide to accept the package, no claim can be made if the delivery is accepted without reservation.
Observations of the type “to be checked on opening the package” have no legal value. Your note must be precise: “package received in poor condition, XXXX product absent or damaged by impact”. These details are essential for us to be able to take action against the transport company and ask them to exchange the product. The note must be written on the carrier’s delivery note, of which you must keep a double or a copy.
If the carrier does not have a paper delivery note, you can always take a photo of their electronic device (make sure the comments are clearly visible) or write the comments on a piece of paper signed by you and the carrier.
8.- Cancellation and return
You have a period of 100 days from the date of receipt of the item to change your mind, in which case you can return it. To do so, click on “Make a return” when you are in the order in question, in the “My Orders” section of “My Account”.
In order for your application to be accepted, two requirements must be met:
1. Request a refund from our after-sales service
2. Send us the request within a maximum of 100 days after receiving your order, which should arrive at our facilities within a maximum of 14 days after the request has been made.
In accordance with the legal provisions, we provide you with the revocation form in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. This document can be used to exercise your right of revocation. As stated above, it will be sent to the following address:

Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods at our premises.
Products must be protected with a package that corresponds to the size of the product and with bubble wrap (except for clothing). Please take all necessary steps to protect the items during transport.
Please do not use adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product, as it may be sold. The costs of reconditioning the package may be claimed (or deducted from the total in the event of a refund) if this is not respected.
ATTENTION: In accordance with Article L. 121-21-4 of Law No. 2014-344, Odregsport is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the customer selects a more expensive shipping method than the standard one. The refund includes the price paid at the time of validation of the purchase (price of the articles and standard transport costs). The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
The right to return or exchange cannot be exercised for all products that have been transformed or personalised according to the customer’s indications (article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). This article applies to fasteners assembled at the customer’s request. The assembly of fasteners is personalised according to the size of the customer’s boot.
9.- Data processing
Information related to orders are subject to automated data processing. This processing is intended to define the level of security of a transaction and thus combat credit card fraud.
Odregsport is the recipient of order-related data. The non-transmission of data relating to your order prevents the execution and analysis of your transaction.
A situation of non-payment due to fraudulent use of a credit card will result in the exceptional recording of order-related data within a payment incident file. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific processing
