What exactly does “satisfied or your money back” mean?

Within 100 days after the delivery date, you can return your purchase. To do this, click on “Make a return” when you are in the order in question, in the “My Orders” section of My Account.

Four requirements must be met for your request to be accepted:

Request a return to the SPV, to do this connect to your Odegsport Account and go to the “Returns – After Sales Service” section.

– You must send the request within a maximum of 100 days after receiving your order and the items to be exchanged/returned must be received by our SPV within a maximum of 14 days after making the request.

-The articles cannot be used.

-The articles purchased may not have been personalised by our services (article L121-20-2 of the consumer code) If you have ordered the assembly of the bindings on the skis and these have been drilled, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

ATTENTION: the amount of the refund will be the total of the price at the time of validating the purchase (article price and shipping costs), but it will not include the shipping costs of returning the product, which will be at your expense.

ATTENTION: Gift items must be sent together with the main item.
